So I’m new to road bikes. Just got one off FB market place a few days ago (Fuji (pic attached)) Was riding on a diamond back bike (got off a crack head for dirt cheap). I have continental 23-622 (700x23c) tires, my city has not great roads, am wondering if I can upgrade to a better tread tire that would be less wobbly when I ride? Please be nice I’m very new to bikes and am curious.
