It’s really hard to tell with these pictures. If the wheel is bent it will “wobble”. I have a hard time believing you bent the frame that much and didn’t realize when it happened

Hard to determine from these photos alone. Post more pictures. From the side, from directly behind, of the dropouts etc. Or post a video of all that and of the wheel spinning. Include any pertinent info that you can think of; have you worked on the bike recently, have you had a crash recently, could it have been like this for a while etc? Always include as much clear information and photos/videos as possible with a post like this, as you’re more likely to get useful answers quickly.

It’s likely the wheel just isn’t centered in the dropouts. Release the QR, or loosen the nuts, center the wheel and tighten back up.

Wheel could be out of dish, the frame could be bent out of shape, but most likely the wheel isn’t sitting into the dropouts right.
