Join me as we explore a few key spots along Hannover’s famous “Red Thread” and visit the Landesmuseum Hannover.
The Red Thread (Roter Faden) is a 4.2 km self-guided walking tour that leads you to some of the city’s most iconic sites.
While we’re not walking the entire route, we’ll hit a few of the coolest spots along the way. Our main stop will be the Landesmuseum Hannover, full of history, art, and natural science.
Plus, I’ll share a few tips and tricks I’ve learned as an immigrant in Germany that can help you get the most out of your visit to Hannover.

My grandparents used to live in Hannover, so I spent a lot of time there, decades ago. I was so impressed with the museums, the flee markets, the street musicians and the Nanas. Having seen your video, I definitely have to revisit. Thank you for showing this.
