Putting an power2max power meter on my Aeroad, looks great. The original 4iiii is put on another bike. TBH, power2max makes it even heavier, but I don’t care about that too much.

Also putting on a pair of Ultegra derailleur on it. It is definitely an update from the 105 front derailleur. Less likely to drop the chain and shifts fast (105 FD does not allow adjustment of the cage when on big-big combo). The RD fills the same tho…

Also putting on a pair of ARC 1100 from an Aeroad Tokyo edition on it. ARC 1600 sound a but quiet due to the older non-EXP hub.

In the box is my old Defy. Just using it as a donor of di2 system to update the shifter firmware. (Using the derailleur and battery to communicate with the shifter without disconnecting the brake hose…)

Interestingly, since the rotor crankset’s chainline is 1mm smaller than Shimano’s standard 12sp crankset chainline, which is 44.5mm. As a result, the chain is quieter when it is in the big chainring with big cogs… not that significant, but noticeable for people like me who are sensitive to noise.
