Could this be a frame crack or something under my ridewrap?

Brand new dh bike took a couple hits from stones today, nothing major, but i noticed this whilst cleaning. Coin test is all good and i don't want to remove the ridewrap, am i being dramatic or is that possibly a crack caused by rock strike?
