You could find some much newer bikes at $200.
Of the two, the Le Tour is a much better bike, but if it’s too big, not a good deal.
Keep looking. Up the budget if possible.
Le tour is better, but they are both pretty expensive for what they are.
If the Continental is more your size choose it. The orange bike is for 6’ footers and taller. Personally I’d double the amount and try to find a much better quality road bike.
