Click when setting off (SRAM Rival AXS

Hi, I've got Rival 46-33 and I've gone from a 10-30 to a 10-36 (Rival) with a red flat top chain and a new rear hanger. When setting off, I get an odd rasping noise that happens when the right hand crank is at 3 o'clock. It's more noticeable in gears 1-5.

Chain line seems good and is silent on a stand and feels routed ok.

Still happens with the front derailleur off

Cassette has been changed in the SRAM app to 10-36T

Micro adjustment doesn't seem to be doing anything to help. I've let it on 15.

All items are brand new.

Is this just a 'thing' with running such a big cassette?

Could it just be a case of letting it bed in? It's been lubricated with Fenwicks All Conditions lubricant.
