I’d have to say yes. I own a 2023 Scott Addict 30 with Shimano 105 and love the bike but I paid 2500 brand new from a local bike shop. I know this is a 20 which as far as my understanding goes is pretty much the same but this has ultegra instead. I still think it might be a bit pricy for being second hand

Is the seller unable to take a photo with the entire bike in the frame? Maybe with the drive-side facing the camera?

Someone who has his handlebar this high doesn’t know what he’s doing. Probably the same with other things on the bike (maintenance, stating what specs you have on the bike, having flat pedals on a road bike 🥲).
Hard pass.
Plus this is pricy for a second hand bike… You’d have to be sure it’s worth it, and the fact that you post here kinda means you aren’t.
