    you have an offset seat post and your seat is slammed all the forward, you could try going to a zero offset….was a good reason for me to go carbon post. Your seat post mount should be as close to center of those bars on the seat because then they flex and absorb vibrations…when seat is slammed 1 way or another you lose that dampening effect.

  3. The seatpost is a 20mm offset, going to a 0 offset will help but that’s maybe a 100mm stem( not terrifically long) ? I would almost say the bike is a little bit too big, but then again, you’re showing plenty of seatpost so vertically the bike is probably fine. More accurately, your torso is a little too short for that top tube. Going to an 80mm stem and a 0 offset post will help make this one feel much better, but on future bikes you should take your (short) reach into account.

    I had this issue and just flipped my stem and it appears to have made a big difference. Won’t know until I ride later though
