Get a tent pole. Lot’s of possibilities depending on length required, budget, materials, etc.

I just have an ultralight tent that packs small and is very light weight. Has its own tent pole
Sticks are free, plentiful, and a great one-time use.
Where are you located? All the US cottage ultralight tent makers offer separate poles for these style tents.
