First post here. I am thinking about contacting a local bike shop that do really cool custom and restoration jobs on any and all bicycles (including cargo bikes!) with the idea of sort of converting an old hybrid bike of mine to one I can commute with.

Is it possible at all to do a lot of changes like switching out the handlebars for swept-back ones, getting a luggage rack, chain guard etc.? Where can I get these parts in the UK?
