Another top effort Marm. I think the pasta is gluten free or high in protein or something. I got some last year at Worcester half. I'll go and check in a mo as it's still in my cupboard – you never know when you might need a birthday present at short notice.
I'm a bit concerned that you forgot that you'd driven in as you seemed to be walking home at the end.
I was doing the Birmingham canal Canter Sunday, otherwise I'd have been there with you guys. They feed you at the checkpoints which I did for more than an hour! My diet isn't going too well.
Geographically you could be driving up from Cornwall…… but if you're driving from Solihull you could run there seriously….. as a young lad like you treat it as a warm up 😅😂🤣

Great video again. Quite right, a really nice event but not a great race. Hot and hilly so not easy at all. Best goody bag ever for me was Milton Keynes, like a buffet! pea-based pasta? what on earth? and last time i tried that corn I lost a tooth!
