Keep me honest, who was in the wrong here? The other subreddit seems to think that I was.
Details:
* there is no bike lane, the right side is for parking and as you can see goes to nothing at the intersection.
* there is one left turn lane, one straight lane, and one right turn lane.
* I was lined up behind the cars going straight until the turning car came in.
Note: I always kept a distance from the turning car that I felt was safe and could swerve/brake more if needed.
