I've got a 2020 or 21 Canyon Neuron like this one https://www.vitalmtb.com/product/guide/Bikes,3/Canyon/Neuron-AL-7-0,24646 and the dropper post only comes back up about half way. Is it repairable? And is there any quick tricks I can try before my race on Saturday? Not sure if dropper posts have a way to add pressure like with a pump shock or not. Bike shop says I need a new post, but I'm not sure that's the case.

You can try stripping, cleaning and re-greasing it, but the cartridge is sealed so not serviceable. You can’t get replacement parts either.
