This is just normal wear and tear; nothing to be worried about. It’s going to happen a bunch with any carbon wheel.
Do not risk it, replace the bicycle at once you’re riding a potential deathtrap.
You should be good. I had a slightly warped wheel i used for a few hundred kilometers and it basically felt the same whend brand new, so a tinly chip like that is likely superficial.
Ignore it, purely cosmetic
