It stated carbon fork, tiagra groupset and recent tuned up. Condition looks great. Heard that this brand is overpriced. Considering that it’s an 10+ years old bike with mid low range groupset. How much should I try to ask for? Thanks for any advice!

That is a collector price for a not very collectable bike. Sure it is a celeste Bianchi with Columbus tubing but it is a triple chainring bike. It looks like there is at least one sticker on it. Be sure to check under those as they can be used to hide serious problems. 300ish CAD maybe
