    Check the caliper height relative to the radius of the disc. Is it too low or too high? If it’s too high and you wear the pads in, a groove can wear into the pads and they’ll repeatedly tap the outer variable surface of the disc.

    Also, have you bedded the brakes if they’re new? The operation where you intentionally abuse the brakes when they’re new to get the sliding materials to “mate” a bit. You can find some instructions all over the place for brake bedding. Find yourself a nice long hill. The reason I ask is I get the impression from your video that your braking does not have a lot of bite, and if you’ve glazed the sliding surfaces you’ll need to clean and re-bed.
