  1. do the opposite when landing, i mean, you kinda pushed away the whole body from the bike, but you have to act like a suspension, compressing your arms/legs and absorb the impact, so you dont get that whiplash on neck/back 🙂

    Pretend you’re gonna land harder than you are so that your body braces for impact more naturally. It knows what to do better than you trying to think of the technique.
