I have brought my ebike to a shop to replace the rear gear for a smaller one because it has a speedbox. now i got it back and after a few days of cycling without battery i put the battery in and pressed the pedals maybe too hard in second gear and the shifter piece rotated back to there and it broke the cover and wont shift down anymore, now my warranty is void because i have the speedbox but i didnt actually use it yet and i was going 10kmh when this happened, i want to fix it myself, is the entire hub messed up? is this fixable? I have some experience fixing motorbikes but not with a system like this.
And does an expert here know what exactly could cause this? And would fixing be expensive?

Internal gear hubs usually have a spacer that prevents rotation and alligns the cable guide.

Also note that the manual reccommends the wheel nut to be torqued 30-45nm.
