So, out of the box canyon gives me this sorts of torque wrench. I have another set of torque wrench that clicks when the torque is met. But that set has been in service for 3 years I have no idea if it is accurate anymore. Is this type of torque wrench from Canyon more reliable and consistent? Can I use it as a reference to calibrate my old torque wrench?

Those aren’t particularly accurate or precise (there’s a difference) but they’re good enough for working on bikes.
I’ve seen tests on those kind of torque wrenches and they seem to be precise about 0.5nm, good enough for bikes. Also rely on your feelings never force on small/medium size bolts.
I use park tool box set. It’s not too heavy and it lowers my anxiety
Torque wrenches don’t go out of spec even after years, if stored properly at the lowest torque spec. Usually this is labeled on the box or wrench.
I’ve never used a torque wrench on any of my bikes. Like ever. In 30 plus years. I would however buy a cheap one If I rode a carbon bike.
