So I was at a DH park (Antur Stiniog) for the first time on Friday, and to cut a long story short I had quite a bad off and I’ve jacked up my shoulder a bit!

They also have a full sleeve version as well but I’m kind of leaning toward the tee version as I find it unlikely that the should pads will be in the right place?
