Very new to fixed gear bikes but have been loving this one. Any upgrades you guys see? Bought this on Craigslist for $120 a few months ago and have been loving riding it as my daily commuter
Nice find for $120, always loved that green. If you are new to fixed I would run a front brake, wheelset might be the best upgrade IMO but you do you.

Nice come up and nice purple bag! Maybe try out some different handlebars for an upgrade like drop handlebars? Although if it’s a commuter you may like the comfort of the ones you currently have

Sick dude my kilo tt has been my daily driver for like 5 years and I’ve only replaced tires, bars and saddle. I run a brake to save my tires a little lol

Quick and cheap upgrade here. I’d get a new chain (KMC S1’s are like $15-20 no need for Izumi unless you want bling and loud noise) as this one looks a little rough and lube that bad boy up for a smooth drivetrain

Good price.
