The shaft is slipping down into the frame? Or the clamp for the seat is slipping and allowing the seat angle to change?
The first can be helped with carbon paste. The second, the real solution is a different seatpost with a two bolt, front to back clamp.
Did you torque it to the correct setting?
I sanded the rails and put blue threadlock on the bolt. It fixed mine at least.
grease the threads on the clamp bolt, you probably aren’t getting adequate torque
Are the bolt, including the shoulder and clamp parts, both top and bottom, greased? Did you torque to spec? Carbon paste is for under-torquing fragile bits. Provided the rails haven’t been bent, this looks very much like undertorque. The saddle looks nose up based on the angle relative to the post. That could contribute to the slip.
Are you sure the clamp isn’t slipping against the angle adjustment?
Seems odd to me that the seat rails are sliding but the angle adjustment isn’t.
Try disassembling the seat post and inspecting the splines. I’d guess they are probably smoothed over.
That top bolt/nut thing, is it mounted upside down? I mean, does the wider side go down?
