is it worth taking off my brakes (front and back) to make my bike lighter and then get a better set of tires seeing as i currently have odd wheels after the shop that fixed my puncture stole my back wheel (last pic for reference)

I’ve Hurd the vans tires aren’t the best for slicker surfaces , that’s what I Hurd but I have no experience with them personally, I love wethepeople and have had nothing but good experiences with they’re tires so far . So that would be my suggestion if you’re looking for new tires.
I ride brakeless and to me I dint notice much of a difference in weight when I took the brakes off , but that’s my personal experience with mine.
The vans tires are pretty popular and they do look cool so I would get them if it’s just for looks and seeing as a lot of people use them I assume they’re good tires but I don’t think you should be worried about weight unless you’re like a professional rider other than that it’s just about getting better at tricks and getting more strength to do them but idk how you ride soooo basically do what you want bro lol
Demolition Momentum or Demolition Hammerhead-S for tires.
I ride a pair of them, not good enough to buy another pair but not bad enough to change them before they expire. They only go up to 60psi (I ride street so idc) and kinda slippery on really smooth surfaces, local park has some features that are a lot more extreme then they need to be. Also they doesn’t like water, they are prone to hydroplaning due to the waffle grid. On the plus side they are pretty tough, I ride brakeless and they are holding up pretty fine, also they have a nice sound when you hit 180s.
