First bit looks normal, second view looks like you have the pulley cage locked out? I know on one of my SRAM mechs theres a button you can press to lock it out (for maintenance apparantly), have you pressed this and locked it in this position?
Was riding, heard a pop and now there’s play forward and back and the jockey wheel is hitting the cassette.
Can you explain what the problem is – jockey wheel rubbing against the cassette? RD is supposed to have play as it moves around quite a bit – but thats tensioned appropriately by the chain when the lockout is disengaged.
If there’s rubbing with the cassette – your B-tension needs an adjustment. Youtube “SRAM Eagle AXS B adjustment”
Somehow the b limit screw totally unwound itself or the guy at the shop had it set up all wrong. I just don’t understand how it could work flawlessly for 30 minutes then just stop. 🤷🏻♂️ Screwing in the b limit screw a whole bunch at least has it shifting again and took all the play out when I try to do what I did in the first part of the video. I’ll throw the sram b limit tool in there and see if that resolves itself. Thanks for the help.
