That bike will always be one of my fave tri/tt frames. Sorry to be this guy but that disc wheel looks counterfeit. Not that you shouldn’t ride it, just a heads up.

I own this bike. Mine is the year before with mechanical Dura-ace. It’s a heavy bike, and takes some oomph to get up to speed. Once it’s going, it’s a speed machine. It’s also super stable and on the climbs despite its weigh due to its stiffness.
