Just scored this little ripper for $150. Only gave it a light cleaning. Has a Bridgestone head tube badge so thinking it may be an MB but frame appears to be repainted so hard to tell. Serial # G027672. Any idea if it’s an MB? If so, which number?

I think it is a 1991 MB-2, based on the serial number and the headset, which appears original to the bike.
The second character in Bridgestone SNs refers to year of production. Yours is a zero, for 1990. I think it’s common for the production year to be the year before the model year. I have a 1994 RB-T with SN G321835.
Edit: The rear dropouts stamped “suntour” might help narrow it down some more. This guy’s bike has it. See if you can find a pic of a 1991 MB-1 with the same stamping, and an MB-3 without. You might have an MB-1.

possibly a 1992 MB-1 or MB-2
