Quite a unique 90’s bike in the middle between a road bike and MTB/ATB, has Nitto stem/handlebars, Sugino 3-chainring cranks, Suntour derailleurs with downtube shifters, Dia Compe cantilever brakes, and a very comfy Sakae seat/seatpost.
Unfortunately the size is a bit small for me, which I plan to remedy by changing some components: a longer seat post (if annoyingly rare 26.8mm diameter), as well as a longer + taller stem and riser bars.
This will probably change the vibe of the bike towards a more standard ATB look, so wanted to document this setup before that.
Haven’t been able to find much info it apart obviously from Japanese language pages. If anyone knows more about them, would love to know!
