Hopefully you grow into it a bit… If that seat height is correct, then that bike is more than likely too big for you unless your body proportions are on the abnormally very far extreme side of short stubby legs w/ a very long torso & arms…
If it’s not too late, I’d get a second opinion ASAP by someone who knows what a proper fit looks like before the return / exchange window closes.
Speaking from personal experience: A bike that’s too big is absolutely miserable to ride long term, where accidentally buying the wrong sized bike isn’t that uncommon w/ mail order / shipped to home bikes if you aren’t already experienced w/ a proper bike fit (either thru trial & error due to chronic pain & discomfort on long rides, or from a professional fitment).
A quick litmus test is to check if your seat post is inserted beyond the max insertion mark (assuming one exists on the seat post). Also, based on your brand new top tube bag already being a bit deformed from being squished by your crotch, I’m guessing your “sensitive bits” are uncomfortably close to the top tube when standing over the bike, where an emergency dismount on uneven terrain is going to result in a very painful result… There should be at least around 1” – 2” clearance between your crotch & the top tube when standing over the bike on flat ground.
It’s an awesome bike, congrats! But it’s worth any hassle & money to get the correct sized frame while you still can.
