I have a Masi CX Comp that the previous owner set up the drivetrain as follows:
-Shimano 11-34 9spd cassette,
-Sora 9spd rear derailer,
-Deore LX Cranks with 104mm BCD and 64mm(?) mounts,
-38T big chainring (narrow wide for some reason)
-26T little chainring,
-Tiagra 2x front derailer (original to the bike),
-Sora 9sd Brifters

I'm not a super serious cyclist and having ridden a bike with a 50T front chainring, I rarely need or can use that big of ring. It's mostly flat where I'm at but I do like the lower gearing for the few climbs I we have so I don't want to totally give that up since I still struggle there. Mostly riding around town with a gravel ride every couple weekends or so, but that may increase as my riding buddy is really starting to enjoy those rides. I'm trying to figure out the easiest way to regear the bike to something like 44/32 or 46/30 (dream setup) if possible on the front, but I don't want to go higher than 46 and 34 respectively.

Since the previous owner set up the chainrings/derailer for the two innermost mounts of a 3x crank, I don't know if trying to use the inner and outer 104mm mounts will work in regards to the Tiagra front derailer and the chainline. Looking for advice on if I can use an inner and outer 104 mm BCD chainring setup or if I'd have to find something that can be put on the inner 104mm mount and and the little 64mm mount. Something like the biking Something like the bikinGreen 46/30 sprocket kits on eBay would be neat, but they're all for 5 bolt 110mm BCD from what I can find.
