Italians have such mental and physical stamina, and they play as a team. Very good at blocking and that seems to be their winning edge. I am from Turkey, and with all the injuries in our squad, we will need more than motivation to win against Italy. Either Italy needs to be on a bad day, or we need luck. Serbia were outcoached for 3 sets, so heartbreaking. It shows the difference a good coach can make. Velasco is a master. Guidetti is a disgrace: he took the best team in the world with the best player in the world (Boskovic) and literally took it apart in less than 2 years. The problem with Guidetti is that he can't speak Serbian but he can't speak English either. He gives instructions in such a broken English that I seriously doubt the girls can actually understand what he's saying.
