Bought it and tried to apply to brand new bike with a heat gun, followed instructions to the t. Lots of bubbles and the edges peeled right away. After 2 rides it looked haggard.
Down tube protector was missing and they ended up shipping an additional after 3-4 emails back and forth, each taking a few days to arrive. Shipped as a new product so an additional $25 duty was applied. Denied the shipment and had it sent back.
I did end up getting a refund after 2-3 weeks, but it was a pain in the ass. The missing piece was one thing, but overall quality wasn’t worth it.
