No, you have a Hypeglide compatible freehub wheel and threaded freewheel in hand. You need a splined cassette, not freewheel.

as others have mentioned, you have a free wheel in your hand, and the wheel is made for a cassette.
a free wheel has ratchets, bearings, pauls, etc. attatched to the cogs. a cassette is literally just a group of cogs and nothing else. those other items are in the hub of the cassette wheel. you can’t use two sets of bearings/pauls
good news is, cassette wheels are slightly more expensive but much nicer
