I’d call them bolt on cable guides. But I don’t remember what they’re usually sold as.
BTW, I saw some today from looking at a link that another user posted. These are by Sturmy Archer, and, honestly the proportions look off to me. But price wise I think they usually run more than $8 a piece, which is what this set of five would be.
