I bought WTB's resolute 50 tires cuz my riddler's 45 needed replacement.I also bought tubolito's cx/gravel tubes and im running a tannus armour insert.And the bead does not want to stay on fully throughout the tire.I even checked and it's not the insert's fault it's literally the same without the insert.I have to pump it up to 6 bar to set it fully and once i lower the pressure the bead pops back in in couple of places.What on earth is going on here?!my rim is 21mm inner,the tire is suited for rims 17-36c.i user soapy water and baby powder.The bead still won't stay on on both wheels.I've never seen anything like this before.Any ideas?

The tubolito is supposed to be a lightweight spare and it’s a different material than regular tubes. Is there a reason you installed that as your primary tube?
I halfway think it’s the tire. Look at the tread where they meet the gum walls… Not symmetrical at all. Looks wrong to me. Take those back and get some new ones.
I would try generous soapy water along the whole bead, then reinflate.
If the rims have previously worked with other tires, there is probably something wrong with the tires.
I agree with u/tgibson12 that something looks off with the sidewall. Sometimes tires are badly formed. It happens. Likely solved with an exchange through your shop or direct with WTB for warranty.
Perhaps the bead is not as fully seated as you think when it’s at 6 bar. Maybe most of the tire is popping in, but there are a few spots that aren’t, and when the pressure decreases, they become apparent. I’m not sure what kind of tube that is, but I’d try a regular tube because it’s cheap and an easy elimination of a potential cause of the problem. Especially since it’s happening on both wheels.
Make sure to have the valve pushed up into the tire a bit. If it’s pulled all the way out, the bead won’t catch at the valve point.
But the tire does look a bit fucky
I think that’s a bad tire the casing where the sidewall and tread come together looks to be defective in your second picture
what is the rim tape setup? I have some bontrager rims that came with a plastic thing to use in place of rim tape and it was so bulky it didnt let my tires seat properly in the rim.
I’m thinking it could be a rim tape issue. What rim tape do you have? I’m thinking it might be too thick.
Did you use a smaller tube with the tannus insert?
6 bar, aka 87 psi is far too much pressure for a 50mm tyre. Check the sidewall and you will find a max pressure rating, likely something like 40-50 psi
