Try to make sure the rest of the bead that you already have on the rim is sitting in the deepest part of the rim dish.

You have to push bead down to get the rest to go on. The center of the rim is a smaller diameter than the bead so pushing it down will give you more room to get the rest of the tire over the bead. So let up on the tire levers, press the tire down directly across from where you’re having trouble and try again.

Make sure bead is in the channel in the middle of the rim and make sure that flap is on the opposite side of the wheel where the valve is. You are 180 degrees off.
When you do this, you will find all the space you need. I have the same tires, be patient and focus on keeping the bead down in the channel. I can put this tire on by hand.

I recommend you not use the tire levers directly over the spokes. Use them in the spaces between the spokes. If you damage the rim tape in between the spokes, everything is fine. If you damage the rim tape over a spoke hole, everything is very not fine.
But as far as as getting the tire on…
1) lots of soapy water
2) get the entire bead in the deep channel (most important)
3) put the wheel with the spokes resting on the rim of a trash can. You can push against it and can more easily work the slack around (this was a tip from cushcore folks that helped me a lot)
4) give it some time. Sometimes new tires that have been folded in their packaging need some time to remember they are are actually round. It’s ok to leave it stretched out like that for a little and come back to it.
5) not sure what rim tape you are using, but make sure it is thin (not gorilla tape)

Do not cut the tire. Like others said get the tire in the valley and you should be able to do it by hand.

If it’s tubeless you can use the tire irons and keep getting it in.
If it’s tubed, you gotta use yer hands.

I have a Kool Stop tool I often have to use.
I do have a question, I know I need to push the bead into the deepest part but when I do it doesn’t stay there, it just goes back where it was. If I had 8 hands I could do it.
I also have some carpal tunnel so maybe that multiplies my difficulty.

You should start, not finish, at the valve. That way the tire will have more space to settle in the middle.

I think you should be able to use the other side of the lever as well leverage. So just tuck the lever in between the bead and the rim and then pivot using the rim as the fulcrum to get it in place, then move an inch and repeat.

squeeze the tires on both sides all around to place the beads in the centre groove of your rim – That gives a little more play in the tire to pull the final bead over the rim…. At least that’s how I can install GP5000STR on my wheels…..

Have overcommed this lately i found a video that teavhes how to do it.
Basically you want to keep rolling the part that is out to inside while the other hand keeps pushing the tire inside to that Gap that there’s on the rim

Check your rim tape. If it’s tubless on a non tubless tyre it can be near impossible…

Ensure the tire is seated in the deepest part of the rim all the way around.
Then, turn the tire upside-down (loose end on the floor). Start from top. With your thumbs moving slowly in opposite direction, begin working every bit of slack toward the free end. Every. Bit. Of. It.
Keep applying pressure and squeezing the slack toward the free end.
When you get there, you should have some more slack. Insert your tire levers, ensuring you’re continually applying pressure as to not lose the slack you’ve created.
This should make it easier to get it on.
