Just bought a used bike and it has some room to wiggle with the cranks. I added a video. Do I need to replace the bracket or is there something to tighten. Seems like its all shimano parts.

Pretty sure you have to replace the BB.
Loosen the pinch bolts (the two small bolts that sit opposite one another) on the crank then tighten the preload bolt (the big one) until there’s no wiggle, then torque the pinch bolts back down. If that doesn’t fix it you’ll need a new bottom bracket.
