2023 Endurace CF SL 8 Disc Tyre Clearance

Hi all,

I’m planning a 50/50 gravel/pavement century ride in October, and I’m wanting to purchase some gravel tires for my Endurace (the model in the title, size small). I’m a little confused by what is listed on Canyon’s website, as they seem to advertise 35mm tyre clearance, but list max tyre clearance on the fork in the components section as 31mm. Does anyone have experience with 35mm tyres on this particular model? If so, how did 35mm tyres workout for you?
