considering the cube one is also gonna be 350 due to shipping and the davinci is missing a gearshift . Also that i will use it daily to uni(not far) and some cruising and some cardio in my free time.

I can tell you to stay away from 1 and 2. Everything else is way too small to recognize anything. Components matter a lot and we can not see them.
If i had to pick one anyway, i would go for the Wilier.
