Wouldn’t get the Serious, thats for sure. Ans The Bulls has no information provided so impossible to say anything about it.
But i see the bikes you posted have different sizes so maybe start there. Find out which size you need and do a test-ride.
The old Ultegra Parts can be pretty decent if the owners threated the bike well but nothing you could tell from the pictures. So you might wanna do a testride on the cube. The claris on the haibike is lowest end and i cannot recommend this Groupset, so if any, i’d go for the cube. But again, test ride is mandatory.
