Could be. If you’re selling it’s not going to matter (pretty much same if you’re buying). Early 80s is close enough for those transactions. Looks like mismatched wheels, steel rear/alloy front rim. Can’t make out the tubing type decal but it might say high-ten on the top, that’s the lowest quality (that was marked).
