That cop with the bald head has a really bad attitude and am starting to think he has mental health issues because every encounter he has with the public he is a danger to the public and he needs to be spoken to by his superiors because he isnt meant to speak to the public like that and he knows it.i wonder if he has issues going on that could be a danger to tge public,he gets up off his seat and gets in the faces of the people in the back seat and if a member of the public did that to a police officer they would be arrested
