Frame dent advice on brand new bike

First ride yesterday on a brand new Polygon Siskiu T8, bought it just over a week ago. Thinking the front wheel flung up a rock into the downtube, I don't know how else this would happen, couldn't have hit anything there. As the bike is a week old I'm looking for opinions on whether I should try to return the bike or bother trying to get a frame replacement?

Otherwise I'm assuming this would be totally safe to ride and just disregard it right?
