Did my first 100km a few weeks ago; Come to find out this would be my last trip for a while due to a ton of leg discomfort for 2 months and I am just now able to get on a bike again and ride casually :/
Didn't push myself to a breaking point nor did I do something that would inherently cause my injury, so I really have no clue what exactly did it. Found the best course of action to be taking a break from cycling. I hope I can get back on the road soon!

That’s an amazing accomplishment! Stay safe man you’re only gonna get better.

You sure the bike fits you? 100km is usually the very beginning of when i notice fit issues.

  3. Congratulations from across the Danube, I’ve been to Ruse a couple of times, the waterfront is amazing and so is the cycling! I really enjoyed the area, we went south to Cherven via Shtraklevo and back via the Ivanovo Monastery, great views, canyons and climbs!

It might be, like someone else said, a fit issue, you can check online for some basics but I’ve found that knee issues frequently stem from the wrong saddle height.

    In any case, great accomplishment!
