God no. Rim brakes, 10 year old frame, etc. ultegra is nice, but that stuff is super old. I wouldn’t pay more than $750 usd, but I’d also never buy a bike that old for that much
For that much, you ought to go to a dealership and check out new options. Tons of shops are closing out very good bikes for really low prices, and you get the piece of mind of a brand new bike. Also unless you want the harsh ride for commuting newer bikes typically have wider tires and ride better.
Also brand new on the cannodale website they have a synapse carbon 4 listed at $2080. The used bike market is selling real low cause of the deals you can get for new bikes now a days.
