Sutck top tube storage lid on Endurace CF SLX 8

Hi All,

I put a snake (a CANYON snake if you don't like links) into my top tube storage and closed it with the lid. I can't open it anymore. The bike is an Endurace CF SLX Di 8. I bought it a month ago and only rode it for 250km. I tried to force it, but no joy. I don't want to force it more; I fear damaging the frame.

I don't have an official CANYON service partner in Hungary, where I'm based.

1. Did anyone experience it and solve it?
