I have it and it’s a very useful tool. Specially for repairing tubeless punctures on the go. I never used the CO2 cartridge adapter but I guess it’s handy too. The ratcheting mechanism is a bit hard to use if you are used to bigger tools but it’s ok in an emergency. Overall it’s great because you have almost all you need in a small tool.
