I’m hoping to install a small front rack onto my 80s Fuji America. I know I’ll need attach it to the fork crown with a little horizontal strut or “diving board.” Trying to figure out exactly where. Will it go behind the whole brake assembly, right between the crown itself and the fat part of the brake bolt? The bolt has a little cutout on the front for the brake spring, so I am guessing it can’t go in there, so it would either go way back in there or right up front by the round headed nut. That seems wrong to me, but I want to make sure. Would love any guidance you all have.
