Many thanks for kind attention. Is this fixable? Anything I did wrong in install? Or is it manufacturer defect? no idea how to remove usually with a pedal use the hex/allan key and shifter… this one has nothing to push against. (Edit: now able to undo Allan key only) Also how does this happen? Design flaw? I can’t be putting more than 400 watts out I am not a hardcore cyclist

Wahwaaaaaaaaah. It looks like the bolt/retaining clip that holds the axis inside the pedal failed but I’m not super familiar with that pedal. A decent pair of resin pedals will be like $40-60 and I’ll argue it’s not worth the risk of a second failure at that cost.
Edit: With a closer look, they might use a bolt to hold the pedal to axis and that may have backed out. Better pictures get better answers.
If google can be trusted this bolt came out and then nothing to hold pedal body on.

Pedal spindle snapped. If you take the dust cap off the other end of the pedal, you’ll find the rest of it. If it’s new, warranty. If not, time to buy new pedals.

There should be a small Allen bolt at the end of the spindle, under where your thumb is on your photo. This holds the pedal body on the spindle, if the bolt came loose or broke off the pedal will fail like this.
