It looks pretty decent to me. You can’t go wrong with vintage Fujis. Well built, light, fast, reliable, and easy to fix. I have a 1978 S10-S and it both rides beautifully and is a joy to work on. This is even better as I think it’s higher grade tubing (VALite or chromoly). It looks like the rack needs to be bent back and the bars need new bar tape or grips but otherwise I don’t see any obvious problems. Do you have some drive side photographs?
I haven’t yet spent anything more on my $40 S10-S than a few cents worth of grease to repack the bottom bracket.
